Game Of Thrones Event

Matt and I went to this HBO Nordic Game Of Thrones event yesterday in Øksnehallen in Copenhagen. It was pure coincedental that we found out there was this event. After visiting the exhibition we went to the nearyb Kødbyen to have lunch and then went to Cinemaxx for a movie.

Have A Great Weekend

This weekend I will be working on our group project that is due NEXT WEEKEND!!! We’ve still got loads to do so it’s safe to say we’re all a little stressed. It took us a while to get started as we were dead certain we could work with one company, but that didn’t happen and then we searched high and low for a company, which took time. Anyway, we will of course make it and I think it’ll turn out well. Here are this week’s links (which this time around are filled with some of my favorite links to be honest):

A Trip To Louisiana

L O U I S I A N A

On a rainy day, at the end of March, Matt and I went to the museum; Louisiana. Last time I was at Louisiana was back in December 2015, when I went to see Yayoi Kusama’s exhibition. Matt had never been there, and I figured it would be a nice little trip on a Saturday. We started the day off by going for brunch at Bestik Bar & Grill. It was a very cozy place and the brunch was pretty good. It wasn’t amazing, it was what I would call a typical Copenhageny’ café brunch. Then boarded the regional train at the central station and set course for Humlebæk station. It only takes 15 minutes to walk from Humlebæk station to the museum. If you have a car there’s parking just outside the museum as well.

Dinner With My Godmom

I want to share more posts about bits and bobs from my everyday life. I generally have my ‘Monday Mumbles’, one selected Mondays, and my monthly review ‘Life Lately’. So I think I’m going to start sharing a bit more. I feel like it! It’s also just really nice to have a place to scribble your thoughts down and save memories.

About a month ago I had dinner with my godmom. It was super hyggeligt (cozy) as we call it in Danish. She served blinis with caviar as a starter and for the main course we had a delicious tuna tartar. Then we had tea and flødeboller (google image it because it’ll make you drool! or see the photos below…) for dessert. I look forward to having dindins with my godmom another time, perhaps my godsister will be there too next time (she was in London this time around) ?
